As many know, Companion Animal Protection Society (CAPS) of Chicago, protests the Puppy Parlor in Lisle on daily basis. The following is a short video of the backroom of Puppy Parlor with pictures taken from the Department of Agriculture. It's quite disturbing, but this is why the CAPS group is out at Ogden and Main in Lisle, on a daily basis to stop the abuse of the poor dogs and educate the public regarding puppy mills. Puppy Parlor was in the top 100 worst puppy mills in America by the Humane Society of the United States. Puppy Parlor was the only store in the country on the list. Please see the link below:

Thank you to everyone who has joined our protests at Puppy Mill Parlor. We have not had the police called on us since we have video cameras taping our protests. So, Tammy and Mary, you can no longer flip us off, swear at us, have your puppy mill pipeline friends swear at us, flip us off, etc. Those days are over.

San Diego is the 32nd city to ban the retail sale of puppy mill pets. The new pet store ban will restrict retail stores from selling animals from potentially irresponsible breeders. The new law now requires retailers to work with city or county animal shelters, human societies and nonprofit rescue groups in place of puppy mill breeders. Pet stores will be required to have documentation for each pet.
