CAPS Rescue Fund

GizmoThe CAPS Rescue Fund benefits from your support. CAPS has rescued a number of puppy mills dogs during its investigations of USDA licensed facilities. We have placed most of these dogs in wonderful homes. A few older dogs are in long-term foster care, and CAPS is responsible for the cost of their care. Not only will your donation help with the expenses for the foster dogs, but it will also help cover veterinary bills, including spaying and neutering, for additional dogs that we rescue from puppy mills.

Gizmo, Spring 2002. He has a wonderful home and his fur is growing back.
