A Day of Action and Awareness to Protest the Sale of Rabbit Meat at Whole Foods Market

A Day of Action and Awareness to Protest the Sale of Rabbit Meat at Whole Foods Market

From August 17, 2014 11:00 am until August 17, 2014 1:00 pm Save to calendar

Whole Foods has gone too far this time! They are now in the business of torturing and butchering rabbits!
While we advocate compassion towards ALL animals, Bunny World Foundation (BWF) and CAPSA are calling on all animal lovers to join us in protesting Whole Foods.
Do not even think about selling "fryers" (because that's what YOU call them, Whole Foods) in our city of Los Angeles. We aren't having it! You have to be totally sick to sell butchered companion animals!

Rabbits are the third most popular companion animal, and we are appalled that Whole Foods would even consider selling butchered pets!
Please join other animal protection advocates on Sunday at 11 AM and be part of a nationwide protest of Whole Foods.

Thank you!

P.S. If you have not signed the petition, please do so. BUNNIES ARE FRIENDS, NOT FOOD!
