CAPS PSA on Animal Planet in NYC

CAPS' PSA "This is the Face of a Puppy Mill Dog," starring CAPS Spokesmodel Beatrice, and the gorgeous Kiley Wirtz Jennings, is airing on Animal Planet's dog and cat shows in NYC (started last Monday).
