CC Kennels in Lancaster County, PA

CC Kennels in Lancaster County, PA (formerly known as Puppy Love Kennels), owned and operated by Joyce Stoltzfus, has been closed down for six months and fined $166,000. CAPS has received many complaints over the years from customers who purchased sick and dying dogs from this kennel and conducted an undercover investigation of the facility. CAPS has also worked with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office on the two cases against Puppy Love.
