| Please describe conditions | The conditions where the puppies were kept were horrible. There was feces all over and I did not see any evidence of water for any of the dogs. The smell in the ladies garage was so bad that my husband couldn't remain in there and he had to go outside. Our puppy was covered in feces and I immediately put him in the bath when we got home and discovered that he was infested with fleas. This woman gave me a shot record that she was not even sure was the one that belonged to my puppy. She had hundreds of dogs and it was the worst thing I have ever seen. |
