| Diseases and Illnesses | I purchased two puppies who became gravely ill with complicated antiobotic resistant penumonia one day after purchase. They requiried 24/7 vet care, including IV, nebulizer, caupage therapy and much more. I got sick from the stress and had to surrender the puppies two months later and once I knew they were OK. |

I was unable to find a rescue organization on my own or throught eh vet willing to take the puppies and were surrendered on May to the SPCA (Seminole County) and adopted one day later. I have asked the SPCA for a report on the dogs without success. |

| Please describe conditions | The dogs I purchase were extremely thin. I also notived that ventilation was inadequate. They have a portable A/C unit with ventilation that is not sealed. Rodents may enter through the holes. The owners and staff are uncaring. When you are ready to purchase the staff are all smiles making pretend they care. When I went to get my money back (they refunded up to purchase price) one of the members of the staff was hitting the "cribs" to make the puppies quiet down. Thie fact that they sell sick puppies is a well known fact to the mergrnacy vets and other vets I came in contact with as well as to the local SPCA. It looks like nothing is being done about it. The pet store refused to cover additional vet bills because I did not bring the puppies to their "vet". |
