August 2011, we paid for ACL surgery. Today (3/2/3012) we were told she needs her other legs rear ACL/arthritis repaired (surgery). |

| Please describe conditions | Overall the pet shop was clean and seemed well maintained. Our disgust is in regard to finding out our dog came from Jake/Steven Kruse of Iowa which are known to run puppy mills. We are also upset in ourselves for not being better educated and researching where this pet shop acquired their animals. |
