| Please describe conditions | The pets are kept in cages that are cleaned once a day. There is feces and urine all in the cage. there was no bedding, the dogs lay on top of metal grate. The demeanor of this dog was shy because we were the first people to play with her since she had arrived at the Happiness is Pets from her breeders home. We came back 2 days later to buy her. The building looked semi clean on the outside. There have since been outbreaks of Distemper. |
