| When illness begin end | Began the day we took him home. 12/18/2011 - He (Donovan) is still on antibiotics (today is his 15th day) and his 5th day of nebulization treatments. He has to spend his days at the vet hospital for those treatments. Still coughs during the night and has only gained a single pound in almost 4 weeks of owning him. Im so pissed. I spoke with the owner of the PetLand where we purchased him (naively) and recorded the entire 40 min conversation as well. It felt like this man had this exact conversation with many other people as his answers felt scripted. I wouldn't mind giving a copy to your organization for review. |

| Please describe conditions | It seems clean, however you can tell other puppies have crusted noses and eyes. Meanwhile they are housed with other puppies (3-4 in a cage) while being sick and in viewing cages that have metal grate flooring that has to be tough on their paws. |
