Diseases and Illnesses We were recently told by our vet that our puppy had undescended testicles and needed to schedule an invasive surgery in order to neuter him. Just to be cautious, our vet called Pocket Puppies to see if by chance he was already fixed. John, one of the guys that works there, said that our dog was in fact neutered. We were never told this before hand. He said he must have copied down the wrong information on our purchase sheet because the dog was already neutered, before 8 weeks of age.
When illness begin end Our puppy has been healthy, but they failed to disclose that the puppy we were about to purchase had undergone a major surgery. They are not willing to be accountable for this mistake. Also, after more investigation, we've found several failed inspection reports online from the "breeder" that the dog came from.
Hereditary Defects Nothing has been discovered yet, but we need to get a second opinion from a vet that is not affiliated with Pocket Puppies.

How did you hear about shop My parents actually bought a dog from this store and did not have any issues.
Please describe conditions The store seems just like a regular puppy store - small kennels, they are allowed to eliminate in the cage (we now can't house break our puppy). However, the breeder where this dog came from has failed numerous inspections for dirty conditions, dogs with reg irritated skin, itching non stop.
