| Please describe conditions | Puppies were in cages with grate like bottoms. Most of them sleeping in the empty dishes in their cages some were had feces in them. There wasn't bedding in the cages. Our puppy had severe dandruff which they said was from bathing frequently. They took him back to clean him up when we purchased him and he still had severe dandruff and feces on his paws. They just sprayed him with cologne. |
