| Diseases and Illnesses | I purchased my puppy on 1/13/2012 she was approx 9 weeks old and weighed 1.9lbs. She was a happy go lucky, sweet, energenic puppy when I first saw her at the pet store on 1/10/2012. I fell in love right away. So on 1/13/2012 in the morning I went and bought her. When she came home that day she was exactly like she was the day that I first saw her. However the next morning 1/14/2012 she couldnt keep anything down and was vomiting everything she ate and drank. I was afraid she was getting hypoglycemic by that afternoon and gave her a little sugar and went to the store and bought her puppy milk and a bottle. This also would not stay down. She was still vomiting and getting sicker by the minute. So that evening she was to the point she wouldnt walk. I took her into the vet at 9:00pm on 1/14/2012. After the vet examined her and did a test it came back positive for parvo and she passed away. Her name was Nevaeh Sky in which Nevaeh is just spelled backwards for Heaven. I was happy she did not die alone in a pet store and that she was given a name and already very much loved. I am heart broken!!! |

| Please describe conditions | The pet shop I bought her from was clean and I truley do not hold them liable for this. The lady who sold me Nevaeh was very informative and knowledgeable. The lady had me buy the Eukanuba dog food that my puppy was used to eating as to not upset my puppies stomach. |
