| How did you hear about shop | We live in the area and walked into this pet shop. After we purchased Charlie and he became sick, we began to investigate into the pet shop and they have a horrible reputation for selling puppy mill puppies and not standing behind the animals when they get sick. |
| Please describe conditions | The animals live in small cages with no bedding. They sleep on a metal floor which has openings for the feces and urine to go into underneath. At times, more than one animal is in a cage and there are signs on the cages that say "animals cannot play anymore today". I wonder if this is because the animal is sick. |
