When illness begin end Puppy came home with diarrhea and presented with excessive scooting and lethargy. Upon visiting the vet the next day, it was discovered that her anals were full, her rectum prolapsed, she had a heart murmur and displaced knee. Fecal exam positive for giardia.

Please describe conditions Pet Shop appears to be high end and reputable. However, grooming area in the back is unkempt and animals are kept in store windows.
