| Please describe conditions | Our main concern is that this person represents herself as a breeder but is now after hindsight definitely a puppy broker for puppy mills. The conditions in her house seemed actually good and clean. She represents herself as a breeder and says to customers they can have the "pick of the litter". She says that she has the father and the mother is somewhere else. This allows her to cover her tracks and the tracks of where the origins of the puppy (most likely a puppy mill). This makes it hard to verify and I am sure she would not give the mother's owner's address or allows inspection of the whelping facility. I doubt she ever had a stud for a dog and just resells for puppy mills. She was reported to animal control I have found out and had as many as 70 dogs at her house. This is fraud and misrepresentation. |
