Welcome to Planned Giving

Discover the Benefits of Giving Wisely

We sincerely appreciate your interest in supporting the Companion Animal Protection Society (CAPS). Since 1992, CAPS has been dedicated exclusively to protecting companion animals from cruelty in pet shops and puppy mills. CAPS actively addresses the abuse and suffering of pet shop and puppy mill dogs through investigations, education, media relations, legislative involvement, puppy mill dog rescues, consumer assistance, and pet industry employee relations.

Did you know that it’s possible for you to make a gift in support of our mission while also ensuring you meet the financial needs for your lifetime and the needs of your loved ones? These giving techniques are called "planned gifts" because, through a bit of easy planning, they benefit you, your family, and CAPS.

Please take your time and explore our site to learn about:

  • Gifts that cost you nothing out of pocket today
  • Donors who have invested in our long-term mission
  • The benefits of joining our legacy society

If you have any questions about finding the right giving option for your unique needs, I would like to personally invite you to contact me using the form below.
