| Diseases and Illnesses | Kennel cough, Giardia, coxsackie, constant low blood sugar that would not stabilize, possible liver shunt needed, seizures, lethargic, no appetitte, vomitting, diarrhea, never barked, dehydrated. I had to force feed him baby food, nutrical, pedialyte, karo syrup and I tried plain yogurt every day which to me means he was taken away from his Mother too soon cause he would never eat the Royal Canin puppy food. Or they fraudalent put the wrong date of birth certificate to make him older then what he really is. |
| When illness begin end | We bought him on May 5, 2012. On May 6, 2012 he started vomitting and having diarrhea. He started having seizures on May 13, 2012 His cough started on May 16,2012. We took him to a regular Vet on May 17, 2012 and they transferred him to an Emergency Vet Hospital. The Vet diagnosed him with kennel cough, giardia, coxsackie and needing a liver shunt |
| Hereditary Defects | possible liver or trachea or kidney problems. I did not have the financial resources to find out. |

| How did you hear about shop | The breeder Cristal Mitchell is listed on Nextdaypets and puppyfind.com but she had a puppy in the NYC area so I wouldn't have to pay airfare for shipment. |
| Please describe conditions | This puppy was away from the other puppies. The other puppies were upstairs and seemed fine. The cages seemed fine with available water and food and clean and big enough. Some cages had more then one puppy in them. Some had up to 5 in a cage. This puppy was downstairs behind the register where there was another puppy which they kept giving it some type of electrolyte and glucose water. They gave my puppy electrolyte and glucose before I left and when I asked for what reason they said teacups always have low blood sugar and since it was an hour ride home they wanted to give it to the puppy. |
