| Diseases and Illnesses | Has runny nose and sneezing when purchased. Seller said it was due to the floors just being washed. brought Miley to their vet Naperville Animal Hospital 1023 E. Ogden Ave. on 01'16/2012 for new exam and she was given Doxycycline for the runny nose and sneezing. She continued to have diaria and was brought back to their refered vet (Same as above) aprox 6 days later. She was given a medication for the diarea and send home. The diarea continued and she had a bout with Hypoglycemia in which I gave her Nutrical and she perked up. She began to lose hair under her neck, back of legs, tail and under belly and the runs continued. On 02/01/2012 she had become limp and we rushed her to our Emergency Vet "Animal Care Center of Plainfield"14411 s Rt 59, Naperville Il. 60544 where she was treated with fluids. On 03/07/2012 we took her to another vet as the hair loss was progressing. She was given a medicated shampoo and Omega 3 capsules. As of today 04/28/2012 she is doing much better and her hair is coming back with the excetion of a bald patch still under her neck. |

| Please describe conditions | The pet shop looked clean and the dogs were caged one per cage. The puppy I was about to purchase had a few sneezes and a little runny nose while I was playing with her in the individule play area but the store employee said it was due to the floor just being washed and that they tend to react to that sometimes. |
