| Please describe conditions | Pet shop is very cold, puppies were shaking. You can see green discharge from some of the puppies noses and eyes, the bedding is shredded receipt paper and the pens are on cold floors, not sure about water but the food is ever visible. There are usually between 2 and 4 puppies in a pen. Most of the puppies seem sleepy or very mellow. Being that my puppy had the illnesses he did, there is a definite guarantee the rest of the puppies have it too. |
