Pumpkin Bread – Bea’s Recipe

The new year is just around the corner and I REALLY want to indulge myself with some delicious pumpkin bread- the perfect addition to ANY dinner. Bring out the non-alcoholic champagne (without raisins, thank you- raisins are toxic to dogs) and serve me a slice of Heaven! I swear, I’ll burn those calories when I go back to physical therapy next week. In the meantime, lets celebrate 2012′s achievements and say hello to 2013!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp soda
1/4 Tbsp baking powder
3/4 Tbsp salt
1/2 Tbsp cloves
1/2 Tbsp nutmeg
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1 2/3 cups flour
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 Tbs Ener-G and 4 Tbps water (instead of 2 eggs)

Instructions:
Sift together sugar, soda, baking powder, spices and flour. Add Ener-G mix, oil, pumpkin and water.
Bake at 350 for 1.5 hours
